David and Margaret Bereit to Speak at Chesterton's 2022 Rose of Tepeyac Gala!

We are so excited to announce that David and Margaret Bereit will be our featured guest speakers for our 2022 Rose of Tepeyac gala, which will be February 26, 2022, at the American Polish Cultural Center in Troy. See their bios below!

David Bereit is a sought-after pro-life and leadership expert. He has spoken to more than 1 million people in 600 cities worldwide, and his insights have been featured in nearly every major media outlet. Previously, David founded and served as CEO of the global 40 Days for Life movement, which he built into the world’s largest coordinated grassroots pro-life initiative. Today, David owns a strategic consulting firm where he advises high-impact organizations and leaders. He has served on numerous prestigious boards and raised more than $80 million for faith-based and charitable causes.

Margaret Bereit is a lifelong educator, with more than two decades of experience teaching in public elementary schools, homeschooling her own children, instructing at a homeschooling co-op, tutoring other children, and teaching religious education. Today, Margaret mentors mothers and their children at Mary's Shelter, a nationally recognized maternity ministry in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Together, Margaret and David are active in their parish, and have led marriage preparation programs, conducted relationship classes, led marriage enrichment programs, and spoken on topics of faith, life, and family to audiences across the United States and internationally. The Bereits have been joyfully married for 29 years, and are the parents of two children, Sister Gloria Christi, a Nashville Dominican sister, and Patrick, a sophomore at George Mason University.
