Admissions Process
Thank you for your interest in applying to Chesterton Academy, where each student receives the beauty and richness of a joyful, classical, liberal arts education rooted firmly in the Catholic tradition.

Schedule a Shadow Day or tour, or attend an Open House.

Apply through our online admissions portal.

Incoming students take the CLT8 which serves as a diagnostic tool to ensure students are placed in the appropriate section of each discipline. We offer it free of charge during enrollment season.

Each family (student and parents) will take part in an interview with the Headmaster. The purpose is to ensure that both the family and the school are a good fit for one another.

After the application process is complete, students will receive an acceptance letter.

Enrollment, documentation, and tuition agreements are completed through the same TADS portal you created with your original application.
Our Approach
Chesterton Academy is committed to offering an outstanding high school education at an affordable cost to families. We keep tuition as low as possible to bring a classical education in the Catholic tradition to every family, regardless of income. For the 2025-2026 school year, our tuition is $7,800 per student, making it half of what many other schools charge.

$7,800 Tuition
Tuition is paid according to the one of the agreements below:One payment due upon enrollment
Two payments: due in June & December 2026
Twelve payments due monthly from June 2026 through May 20

A fee of $750 is paid upon enrollment. This fee covers registration, textbooks, books that students will own and keep, all curriculum supplies, and placement tests.
Uniforms are purchased by parents through our uniform vendor, Schoolbelles, and range in cost from $250-$400.
There are no fundraising obligations or minimums.
