We especially seek teachers with experience in and passion for Catholic classical education.

The ability and desire to teach in various disciplines is considered an asset. Besides teaching responsibilities, staff will have duties such as disciplining, advising, monitoring, mentoring, and helping to build a unique and joyful culture.

Teachers will be required to attend occasional events outside the school day (e.g., concerts, plays, meetings) and encouraged to attend others (e.g., sports).

Participating in community life is an essential aspect of the staff's role at Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Guadalupe which helps to build a culture of life.
