We’re excited to announce our upcoming volleyball camp led by Coach Abbey Schuster.

Join us for three days of skill-building, teamwork and fun! Open to players of all levels in grades 3-5 and 6-8. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from the best, elevate your game and make new friends.

  • Grades 3-5 from 9-11 am

  • Grades 6-8 from 11:30 am-1:30 pm

Camp is $75, payable before the start of camp by cash or by check to Chesterton Athletics. It includes a camp T-shirt. Limited spots are available, so sign up now! Registration closes June 1st.

Include Each child’s name, grade and T-shirt size.

Coach Abbey Schuster (#8) is a seasoned coach with a passion for the game.

The Christianity and Culture Lecture series is an initiative of the Russell Kirk Center in partnership with Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Guadalupe. In this speaker series, we will explore the vital underpinnings of Economy, Culture, Faith, Marriage, Family, and Politics. Alongside renowned speakers in their field of expertise, we will examine how Christianity is not only the cornerstone of our society and all its facets but also how it is a vital balm to healing and restoring our culture today.

  • 6:30-7:30 PM - The Starry Pinnacle of the Commonplace: How to Restore the Normal to an Abnormal World Lecture and Q&A with Dale Ahlquist

About the speaker:

Our inaugural lecturer will be Dale Ahlquist, one of the most respected G.K. Chesterton scholars in the world. He is President of the American Chesterton Society, and publisher of its flagship publication, GILBERT. Dale is also the creator and host of the popular EWTN series "The Apostle of Common Sense", and he is the author of three books on Chesterton. He is a Senior Fellow of the Chesterton Library in London. Dale has given more than 900 lectures at universities, conferences, and other institutions, including Yale, Columbia, Cornell, Notre Dame, Oxford, the Vatican Forum in Rome, and the House of Lords in London.

He is also the co-founder of Chesterton Academy, a top-rated Catholic classical high school in Hopkins, Minnesota, which is the flagship of the growing Chesterton Schools Network, which includes nearly 60 high schools in the U.S., Canada, Italy, Iraq, and Sierra Leone.

Discovery Day - Be a Saint for the Day

Students in grades 7 and 8 are invited to experience the Chesterton difference for a day. They should bring a water bottle, gym shoes and a notebook and pencil.

Young men are required to a wear a collared shirt and tie with long pants. Young ladies should wear a knee-length or longer skirt or dress. We will be walking to mass at St. Thecla, so please keep the weather in mind.

Visiting students will attend mass and special classes for the day. Lunch is provided.
